β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP), a well-accepted synthetic bone grafting biomaterial, is confronted with limitations of poor phase stability and lacking the capacity to mediate the biological functions. In the current study, gallium (Ga) was substituted for calcium in the β-TCP, and the influences of Ga substitution on the phase stability, compressive strength and cellular response of β-TCP bioceramics were investigated. The results indicated that substitution of at least 2.5 mol% Ga for calcium prevented the β-TCP from transforming into α-TCP at 1250 °C. The β-TCP bioceramics substituted with 2.5 mol% Ga attained the highest compressive strength. The β-TCP bioceramics substituted with 2.5 and 5 mol% Ga showed good cytocompatibility, and suppressed in vitro osteoclastic activity as well as osteoblastic differentiation. Considering the favorable mechanical strength and the inhibitory effect on the osteoclastic activity, the β-TCP bioceramics substituted with 2.5 mol% Ga are promising for treating the bone defect in the pathological state of excessively rapid bone resorption. 相似文献

Work teams experience workload from the group dynamics in addition to the usual sources of individual workload. This study had three objectives: to assess the responsiveness of new rating scales for group workload (GWL), investigate their component structure, and determine if changes in workload occur as the team matures. Participants (360 individuals, 44 groups) engaged in an emergency response (ER) simulation in the form of a board game; team size, game difficulty (one versus two opponents), and time constraints were varied. ER teams rated workload after each of two sessions using the NASA Task Load Index (TLX) and GWL. GWL was most responsive to larger task demands and reflected changes in coordination demand over time. Components reflected mixtures of TLX and GWL scales and suggested that self-organising processes were operating. 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine mathematical relationships between pH changes in beef 24 h post-slaughter and changes in the intensity of electrical current flowing through bull and heifer carcasses during high-voltage electrical stimulation. The electrical stimulation was applied 40 min postmortem for 120 s. The pH values of m. longissimus thoracis et lumborum were analyzed in the function of electrical current intensity changes and its change during electrical stimulation. Mathematical linear correlations of the y = ax ± b type were demonstrated between pH values at 2, 6, and 24 h postmortem and the initial (Ii) and ultimate (Iu) electrical current intensity values, the difference between them and the initial pH values determined before electrical stimulation. High multiple correlation coefficients (R2 = 0.416, α ≤ 0.001) between Iu and pH values 24 h post-slaughter enabled concluding that there is a possibility to predict a pH value of stimulated carcass with high accuracy, and thus also beef quality, based merely on the ultimate electrical current intensity values. 相似文献

Ensuring that the power system meets demand peaks is a key challenge of liberalized markets. On the supply side, capacity can be supported through a Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM). On the demand side, Demand Response (DR) technologies can be deployed. We find that while all traditional generation should receive the same payment, capacity payments for DR technologies should gradually decrease based on operators’ position in the load-shedding order. We observe that all CRM schemes currently implemented provide inadequate incentives to non-price responsive DR and propose to adjust payments to DR units as a function of their expected activation periods. 相似文献

以碘吸附值为评价指标,活化时间、活化温度和浸渍比为影响因素,采用响应面法试验设计对磷酸活化法制备咖啡渣活性炭的工艺条件进行优化,并通过静态吸附试验研究了不同吸附时间、溶液pH值和吸附温度条件下,活性炭对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附性能的影响,最后利用Langmuir、Freundlich吸附等温方程、准一级动力学方程、准二级动力学方程和颗粒内部扩散方程进行拟合。试验结果表明,制备咖啡渣活性炭的最佳工艺条件为活化时间1 h、活化温度498℃、浸渍比1.72;在此条件下活性炭得率为30.4%,碘吸附值为(799±16)mg/g,比表面积为1 006 m2/g,孔容为0.779 cm3/g、微孔孔容为0.051 cm3/g、平均孔径为3.088 nm。较低pH值和较高温度能够促进活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附;Langmuir等温方程能够更好地描述活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果;活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附分3个阶段:快速吸附阶段、慢速吸附阶段和吸附平衡阶段,10 min内可完成吸附总量的79%,360 min内达到吸附平衡,该吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学方程。分析表明咖啡渣活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附主要为单分子层的化学吸附。 相似文献

In order to improve the utilization rate of avermectin (AVM), a complex was prepared by electrostatic self-assembly using isolated soy protein (ISP) and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) for loading AVM to obtain ISP/CMCS@AVM microspheres. The encapsulation efficiency (EE), sustained release property, ultraviolet (UV) protective ability, and toxicity of the microspheres were evaluated, and the release kinetics of AVM from the microsphere at different pHs were investigated. The results demonstrated that the average particle size of ISP/CMCS@AVM was 283.95 nm, and the EE reached 88.42% for AVM after denaturation. After 70 h of exposure to UV light, the residual rate of AVM in ISP/CMCS@AVM was 78.12%, which was significantly higher than 35.18% in the AVM emulsion. Moreover, the formulation imparted pH sensitivity and sustained-release property to AVM and was consistent with the Korsmeyer–Peppas model, controlled by Fick diffusion. 化工园区多池火事故是典型的高后果低概率事件。鉴于目前两池火辐射模型存在一定局限性,本文采用数值模拟方法,以3个直线排布的5000m3柴油拱顶罐为研究场景,从热释放速率、火焰形态、热辐射强度三方面分析两池火燃烧特性,并与单池火场景对比,考虑储罐间距这一影响因素,进一步研究目标储罐热响应。结果表明:采用GB 50160—2008(2018年版)规定的防火间距,两燃烧罐产生的池火会发生耦合作用,并得出目标储罐受到的热辐射强度分布,最高热辐射达17.04kW/m2;两池火作用下目标储罐的温度、Mises应力与失效时间分别为644℃、356MPa、936s,单池火为488℃、280MPa、2880s,目标储罐在两池火作用下的变形也比单池火更为严重;随着储罐间距增加,目标储罐的温度与Mises应力逐渐减小,失效时间逐渐增加,当储罐间距为标准防火间距的2.5倍(20m)时,失效时间为2800s,与单池火作用产生的失效时间2880s较为接近。本研究可为优化储罐防火间距及区域韧性提升提供理论指导。 相似文献

以适用于中等水深(50~200 m)的新型潜式浮式风力机为研究对象,该风力机基础综合Spar式、半潜式及张力腿(TLP)3类浮式风力机基础的优点,运行时基础主体淹没在水下,具有较小的水线面(如同Spar平台),受波浪影响较小;平台通过张紧式系泊线与海床相连(如同TLP平台),具有良好的垂荡和摇摆运动特性;拖航状态下,浮式平台处于半潜状态,水线面面积大(如同半潜式平台),具有良好的浮稳性。通过分析不同波况下的潜式浮式风力机耦合动力响应得到潜式浮式基础的横荡、纵荡、垂荡及纵摇运动响应,以及发电功率、叶片根部弯矩、塔筒顶部和底部弯矩、锚链张力时程曲线。研究结果表明:波浪对于结构的纵摇运动的影响最为明显,对发电功率、叶片根部弯矩和塔筒顶部弯矩影响较小,对塔筒底部弯矩和系泊线张力影响较大。 相似文献

在硫酸化焙烧脱硒步骤前采用酸性氯化浸出脱除铜阳极泥中砷和锑。采用中心组合设计优化脱除铜阳极泥中砷和锑的实验参数。以硫酸浓度、盐酸浓度和反应温度为变量,砷和锑浸出率为响应值,建立高显著性的二次多项式模型和三维响应曲面。建立高显著性的二次多项式模型和三维响应曲面,以反映变量与响应值之间的关系。得到的较优条件为硫酸2.8mol/L、盐酸1.0mol/L、温度90℃,此条件下砷锑浸出率响应值分别为99.10%和80.00%,实际值分别为99.60%和80.07%。通过实验验证了模型的较优优区域,结果表明这些模型是可靠和准确的。 相似文献
